Donna Kelly is a licensed cosmetologist in Florida, North Carolina, Washington, D.C., California, and Virginia. Her 25+ years of experience in the industry include television, fashion, print, education, paramedical, and bridal work. Her work has been mentioned in Allure Magazine for her efforts to teach local news station WPTV to airbrush their own makeup in order to meet the needs of high-definition television. Her work has also been seen on the covers of several Florida magazines.

In 2004, Donna relocated to Palm Beach, Florida and opened the first professional makeup studio in the area. Donna specializes in airbrush makeup, custom-blended mineral cosmetics, and eyebrow shaping by tweezing only. She has volunteered her services to many charities including Make-A-Wish Foundation and Look Good Feel Better. In March of 2011, Donna established Beauty Heals, Inc., a 501(c)(3), and operated it for 2 years.
