Donna Kelly is a licensed Cosmetologist in Florida and California. Her 29 years of experience in the industry includes Television, Fashion, Print, Education, Bridal and Paramedical work. Her work as been mentioned in Allure Magazine for her efforts to teach local news station, WPTV, to airbrush their own makeup in order the meet the needs of high definition television. Her work has also been seen on the covers of several Florida Magazines.

In 2004, Donna relocated to Palm Beach, Florida and opened the first professional makeup studio in the area. Donna specializes in airbrush makeup, custom-blended mineral cosmetics, and eyebrow shaping by tweezing only. She has volunteered her services to many charities including Make A Wish Foundation and Look Good Feel Better Association. In March of 2011, Donna established Beauty Heals, Inc. 501(3)c and operated it for 2 years.
